The information provided by Fermento, including but not limited to recipes, fermentation guides, AI-generated suggestions, and educational articles, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary change. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through this app.
3b. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Fermento's AI Assistant provides general information based on publicly available fermentation knowledge. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Do not rely on AI-generated content as your sole source of fermentation safety information.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Andrej Jasso and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
- Use the App for any commercial purposes
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
- Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDREJ JASSO BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andrej Jasso from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App

We may update the App from time to time. Updates are provided free of charge. However:

- We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely

- No accounts or registration required
- We do not collect, store, or share your personal data
- Everything about your ferments is stored locally on your device
- Roadmap votes and article likes are anonymous contributions sent to our server; they carry only the item you picked and a random per-install identifier, and their aggregate counts are shown to other users

Geographic Restrictions: The App is available worldwide through the Apple App Store, subject to regional availability.
Termination: We may discontinue the App or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Changes to Terms: Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
17. App Store Requirements
As required by Apple:
- These Terms are between you and Andrej Jasso, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
- Apple is not responsible for product liability or IP claims
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
